The homeowners sought to update their kitchen to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. They wanted to retain the warm wood tones while incorporating modern elements like quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, and enhanced lighting. The existing cabinetry was to be refaced or replaced, and the layout needed slight adjustments to improve flow and usability.
Riverside Construction undertook a comprehensive remodel that involved removing the existing soffits and outdated flooring. The kitchen was enhanced with new Showplace cabinetry in a warm wood finish, featuring full overlay door styles and slab drawer fronts. Hard marble countertops were selected for their durability and beauty, paired with a sleek, undermount stainless steel sink. The addition of LED downlights and under-cabinet lighting improved the kitchen's functionality and ambiance. To maintain the kitchen's warmth, luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed, providing both durability and comfort.
The remodel resulted in a beautifully updated kitchen that blends the warmth of wood cabinetry with the modern elegance of marble countertops and high-quality lighting. The space now offers improved functionality, a more open layout, and a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the homeowners' vision.
