Comprehensive Project Evaluation

We measure your space, document existing conditions, and gather more detailed design preferences.
A design interview helps us capture your style, color preferences, and initial layout ideas.
We develop a preliminary scope of work and budget range.
You’ll then review a concept design, scope of work, and budget proposal so we can refine direction.

Detailed Design Phase

We bring your vision to life using 2D and/or 3D drawings based on your feedback.
Our in‐house designer works with you to select materials, finishes, and layout options.
We update the budget proposal to reflect specific selections and a more detailed scope.
By the end of this phase, you’ll have finalized product choices and a well‐defined design plan.

Construction Agreement

We collect final quotations from trade partners and confirm pricing on selected materials.
All design details, selection sheets, and the final scope of work are reviewed together.
Once everything is approved, we sign the Construction Agreement, which covers all aspects of the remodel—including start/finish dates.

Pre-Production

We finalize design documents, apply for any necessary permits, and order materials (especially any with long lead times).
Our team confirms logistics, ensuring selections and plans are ready for a smooth build.
We prepare the project schedule and align our trade partners for the upcoming work.

Pre-Construction Meeting

You’ll meet your Project Manager to review the detailed construction timeline, site logistics, and day‐to‐day expectations.

Construction Phase

We break ground on the agreed‐upon start date.
