Riverside Construction is looking for a talented Project Estimator to join our growing team. As a Project Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients' remodeling dreams to life. You'll work closely with our Estimating & Design Manager to create accurate and detailed estimates that ensure the highest quality in our projects.

Project Estimator tasks include:

• Developing and maintaining estimating databases
• Accurately estimating materials, labor, and trade labor
• Creating and updating documents for sales and design teams
• Obtaining final quotes for materials and labor
• Staying current with residential building codes and permit requirements
• Reviewing and updating plans for production and permits
• Creating work orders for changes in selections or field conditions
