The homeowners of this historic West Lafayette property sought a complete renovation to modernize their kitchen, primary bathroom, and hall bathroom while maintaining the home's classic charm. The kitchen was small, outdated, and lacked storage and prep space, making it difficult for the homeowners, who frequently cook, to utilize efficiently. Both bathrooms were also outdated, with the primary bathroom requiring a separate toilet and sink, a new vanity, and modern fixtures. The hall bathroom needed a significant upgrade, including a new clawfoot tub, higher vanity, and additional linen storage.
For the kitchen, the renovation expanded the space into the adjacent dining area, allowing for the installation of new white painted cabinets, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring.
