This Lafayette homeowner was looking for a larger, more functional primary bathroom.
The first priority was to remove the unsightly partition wall that divided the bathroom and bedroom to allow for a larger footprint. The additional square footage gained from the demolition allowed us to relocate the toilet to the exterior wall and install a new large curbless tile shower (with rain glass shower doors and dual shower heads). The homeowners also wanted more separation between the bathroom and the bedroom, so a pocket door was installed for privacy.
Unique features of this remodel include Wainscot 12 x 12 ceramic tile on the walls and floor, a striking vertical mosaic tile accent strip in the shower, a new vanity with a Hanstone Quartz countertop and a beautiful glass vessel sink.
Wellborn Maple cabinets with Espresso Stain and an Arlington Square door style in a traditional overlay, Hanstone Quartz countertop in Serenity, Glass Vessel Sink, Ceramic tile done in Daltile Brixton Bone, Salerno Marrone Chiaro and Illumni, curbless shower with hinged rain shower door, vertical mosaic tile strip and dual shower heads.
