These folks wanted to update their three-seasons room in their West Lafayette home, which needed modernizing to better suit their needs. They desired a comfortable, multi-purpose space with updated flooring, improved insulation, and an added office area.
Riverside Construction undertook a full remodel of the three-seasons room, leveling the floor, updating the walls and ceiling with new drywall, and improving the insulation. The space was divided to create a small office area, while the existing exterior doors and windows were reused to maintain the home's character. New flooring and rubber roofing were installed, and the room was painted in a lighter, neutral color to create a welcoming atmosphere.
