In order to better meet the needs of our customers, we are now using BuilderTREND software. BuilderTREND is a fantastic web-based software that optimizes communication between the Riverside Construction staff, our customers, vendors and subcontractors. BuilderTREND helps us provide a better remodeling experience for our homeowners, associates, and subcontractors. The system provides real-time 24/7 access to scheduling information, plans, change orders, photos, warranty management and much more. There is no software to install. The log in is in the “client log in” tab of the Riverside Construction web page. Automatic notifications help all of us manage our communication and operations while providing our home owners with a better building experience.
