Part of a homeowners’ anxiety when embarking on a home remodeling project is not knowing if their remodel will complete on time. As a Design/Build firm, Riverside Construction commits to a job completion date, setting a guaranteed schedule before construction begins. Then, we communicate with you weekly to make sure you know what we know, managing your project and keeping it on schedule from start to finish.
Demonstrating our commitment to quality, every home remodeling project is backed by an extended two-year workmanship warranty. If you find any materials or construction defective or damaged from normal use in the first two years of project completion, we will repair and replace them at no cost to you. We will also follow up after twelve months to make sure you are still completely satisfied with our work.
Andy started Riverside Construction in 2008 because he loves to meet new people and help them realize their remodeling dreams. He strives to creatively find ways for his clients to turn their new space into their own… something they can be proud of and enjoy for years to come. As Riverside Construction’s President, Andy identifies and implements industry best practices that improve the customer experience. His cheerful, dedicated approach builds ongoing customer relationships and a committed team. Andy has been in the building materials industry for 14 years and has a strong working knowledge of building materials, building codes, blue print reading and estimating.

Andy and his wife,Trisha, are the parents of four lovely children. Andy enjoys working in the community to help make people’s lives better and serving others either through his church or other community groups.
Starting as a skilled craftsman proficient at setting cabinets, windows and doors, rough framing, and reading blueprints, Amos was promoted to a Project Consultant. In his new role, Amos successfully communicates with clients to understand their needs, develops a project timeline and budget, and builds positive relationships with clients, vendors and staff. Amos loves working with people and particularly enjoys witnessing the exciting transformation from an old space to a new. “It gives me a great feeling of satisfaction knowing that we are improving the life of those we work for.”

A graduate from Purdue University with a BA in Interior Design, a minor in Building Construction Management and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship, Kelly is an innovative, ambitious interior designer with a laser focus on service. With 10+ years of experience, interior design is not just a career for Kelly – it’s a passion. It is her genuine care for Riverside clients and their needs that fuel her creativity—always working to fit the client’s wants and desires into her designs, when feasible.

Jennifer serves as our Office Manager. Jen’s great attitude, ability to work with numbers, willingness to help out, and multi-tasking skills all contribute to our efficient office operations.

Pete is happy to be back with Riverside Construction as a Production Manager, having worked previously for the company as a Trades Partner, Carpenter and Project Manager. Before moving to Lafayette in 2010, Pete worked with a new homebuilder in Illinois gaining valuable experience working as a general handyman, concrete installer, tile installer, and painter. Prior to that, Pete built up quite a resume working for a wide array of residential construction companies throughout the Midwest.

When Pete isn’t working you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife and daughter. And, he’ll grab any opportunity he can to travel—even if it’s just a small trip with his family to the corners of Indiana. Pete is also a member of the Clear River Church in Lafayette, very much involved and committed to sharing his own spiritual gifts.
A former business owner, kitchen/bath designer, and project designer, Jill brings over 20 years’ experience navigating and interpreting the nuances of remodeling design, with a longstanding commitment to bringing homeowners’ visions to life. She also has a BA in Interior Design from Purdue.
Jill’s primary responsibilities include planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, acquiring equipment and material, determining needed resources, and obtaining permits and licenses. Jill’s special talent is her attention to detail and her endless pursuit of efficiency.

Jill enjoys gardening, reading, and taking pottery classes, when scheduling permits. She also collects old floor plan books and studies them like a chef would study a cookbook.

As our lead designer, Aaron shows our clients the potential of their home through his design and 3-D renderings of the remodeling project. His understanding of both design and construction engineering and his attention to detail ensures all material lists and cost estimates are as complete as possible.

Aaron has an easy going nature and never seems to get rattled. He enjoys his time with his family, family vacations, computer games, music, camping, cooking and listening to podcasts.
Tim’s career as a carpenter started in Kansas City, MO roughly eight years ago working on apartment complexes. He joined Riverside Construction in 2019 and is now a lead carpenter, doing just about anything that is asked of him.
His responsibilities include monitoring field carpenters and trades on performing construction duties, analyzing blueprints, following clients‘ specifications, completing projects within the agreed timeframe, and ensuring the highest quality and client’s satisfaction. He’s also particularly skilled at demolition, cabinet installations, framing, drywall, painting, and trim work.

“I love working outside when the weather is nice. I also enjoy installing cabinets, doing trim work, and painting. What I enjoy the most about being a carpenter, though, is taking a step back and looking at the finished product.”
Personal Side
Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes to golf, fish, travel, watch sports and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Tim’s idea of a perfect Sunday afternoon is being with his wife and daughter at home barbequing on the smoker.
Every so often, you meet someone who’s hardworking, ethical, and eager to grow. Isaiah was exactly that when he joined Riverside Construction in 2020 with no prior remodeling experience. In just two years, through dedication and hands-on learning, he became a valuable part of our production team. Now, as a Project Manager, Isaiah oversees our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on budget and on schedule.
His role involves closely collaborating with our team, leading field carpenters and trade partners, and making sure every project runs smoothly, delivering quality results for our clients.

Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys traveling the world, spending time with his family, and playing soccer.
Taking an immediate interest in learning the differences in US vs. Mexican domestic architecture—casa vs. house—Marcos became enamored with residential construction. He started his career as a construction laborer and learned to hone his craft taking cues from a close mentor. After 18 years of experience, remodeling hotel rooms in downtown Chicago, doing demolitions, commercial projects and home building, Marcos is enjoying all aspects of remodeling.

Marcos enjoys listening to music and fishing—particularly lake fishing. When given a long weekend, he takes every opportunity to camp and play with his kids.
Well-trained and dependable carpenters are not easy to find and valuable for any building project. Riverside Construction hit the jackpot with Kevin, whose career as a carpenter started 33 years ago. In addition to working well with subcontractors, clients, and the production crew, Kevin has honed his skills as a carpenter. His specialty is finish carpentry, especially trim work, stairs, and kitchen cabinetry.

A Carpenter Team Lead at Riverside Construction, Micah’s expertise spans painting, demolition, and cabinetry, essential skills that contribute significantly to each project. Micah takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish, appreciating the sense of completion. Outside of work, Micah stays active with soccer and regular gym visits, enjoying downtime with family and friends.
John is our go-to guy for siding and exterior trim, showcasing his knack for precision with every project. His journey through the remodeling realm has led him to discover that some houses are indeed held together with just a prayer, yet the challenge is what keeps him hooked.
